Here is a sample wedding ceremony. You may adjust it to suit you. Music cues are in blue.
- Guests Seated. music while guest are seated.
- Enter Jim, Groom, Groomsmen. Fade Music when Jim & Groom are in place.
- Welcome & Blessing by Jim. Blessing is cue to start Processional music.
- Processional: Brides Maids, Ring Bearer, Flower girl, Bride. Music out when bride is in place.
- Introduction. I honor parents and talk about your step into marriage.
- Bride Given Away. “Who gives the bride away?” music up; groom receives bride & they move forward, music out.
- The Marriage Covenant. I talk about marriage, faithfulness, loyalty, love and your future.
- I Do’s/Vows. Your vows to enter marriage. ” Do you take _____ to be…”
- Promises/Ring Ceremony. Here you recite promises to each other and exchange rings.
- Blessing/Pronouncement/Kiss
- Special Ceremony: Candle, Communion, Hand, Water, Wine, Sand, or other. Song here.
- Presentation Mr. & Mrs._________ Start Recessional music.
