Promises
: to be repeated after pastor

(Woman' name) I love you. Today I enter covenant with you, to be your husband. I promise to love you, to believe the best of you, to commit to your success.  To share my heart, dreams, and hopes with you.  To be your friend and a faithful husband.  I promise to encourage you, to listen to you, to be gentle and caring, to be considerate of your feelings. I marry you today, to be your faithful husband for life. 

(Man's name) I love you. Today I enter covenant with you, to be your wife. I promise to love you, to believe the best of you, to commit to your success.  I promise to be your friend, your faithful wife, to share my heart, hopes and dreams, to respect and support you; to make time for you, to be patient, to work as a team, to be your equal partner in a loving, honest relationship, for as long as we both shall live. I marry you today, to be your faithful wife for life.
