Jim and Laura have been helping couples for over 20 years. "When we married we agreed to learn all we could to keep our marriage strong. We dove into everything as we continued counseling others needing help.

"Assimilating all we learned we launched weekend marriage seminars; still we noticed gaps as couples struggled when the glow wore off. We furthered our training through the Sanford's School and drew from other personal healing models like Restoring the Foundations. Desiring to move from theory to practical help, we blended years of pastoral experience with coaching to create CoachOurMarriage."

    Now, drawing from twenty-four years successful coaching, seminar, and workshop experience, Jim & Laura utilize a unique friendly style to help you remove roadblocks and fine tune your relationship.
    "Our coaching strength stems from our marriage, the models we've developed, and the tools we use." Sharing those tools they help you rebuild a foundation, remove destructive barriers, and pave a new future.
     "We are not psychologist and do not diagnose. We work at the heart of your marriage to help you form a team and reach your highest potential. We work in the safety of your home to uncover volatile issues that fuel conflict and help you create a nurturing relationship. You will resolve frustrations, set goals, deepen intimacy, and generate hope as you forge a team to build a marriage of safety and trust." They are experienced with blended family challenges.
     In addition to private coaching, Jim & Laura also work in small groups, conduct workshops, and have spoken to 2000 people as well as small groups of 20. Pastoral coaching available when requested.
