Hostess Our wedding hostess will contact bride and groom 3-6 months before the wedding to help with any arrangements.  She will arrive two hours before your wedding to coordinate the ceremony and vendors, help the bride, and manage ushers.

Flowers: Bride, Groom, 5+ Bridesmaids 5+ Groomsmen, Pastor, 2 Mom’s corsages, 2 Grandmother’s, 2 Grandfather’s, 2 Dad’s corsages, 2 Ushers, Aisle petals, 6 Pew arrangements, 2 Altar, 18 Centerpieces, Guestbook, Bathrooms, Arch.

Photos:  Neil Vance photography includes: Engagement or after wedding shots; Wedding Day coverage (8 hr max) 250-400 proofs; Bonded leather Album 200 4x6 photos; CD with full size images of all proofs; Digital DVD slideshow/200 images, title and music (3 copies); On line proofs for friends to purchase.  *If unavailable another photographer may be substituted.

Video: Pre wedding, ceremony and reception with titles and editing on DVD.

Wedding Favors: Favors for each guest. We offer a wide selection or your choice.  We recommend three Personalized bath bombs in container for each guest from Anti-Body Fair Trade Co. Prices very depending on number of guests.

Music: Trio, Band or DJ. Choose from Classical, Pop, or Sacred music. Wedding ceremony and reception.

Coordinating:  We contract the above vendors, send in your orders, make deposits, and pay balances. We coordinate schedules and make sure all vendors are prompt.  Final Video and Photo products will be mailed directly to you. Additional special orders will be handled between you and the vendors.
